 Please be informed that the Nomination and Remuneration & Corporate Governance Committee of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. April 26, 2023 has allotted total 12,736 equity shares under ESOP 2008 Scheme and 691 equity shares under ESOP 2020 Scheme as follows: a) Total 12,736 equity shares of Rs.5/- each, on account of exercise of vested Employee Stock Options by employees under Shoppers Stop Employees Stock Option Plan 2008 (ESOP 2008 Scheme). b)Total 691 equity shares of Rs.5/- each, on account of exercise of vested Employee Stock Options by employees under Shoppers Stop Employees Stock Option Plan 2020 (ESOP 2020 Scheme).Post allotment of these shares, the share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 54,83,06,330 divided into 10,96,61,266 shares of Rs. 5/- each.
