Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time ('SEBI LODR'), we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on April 26, 2023, have inter alia approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023 ('the Financial Results'). A copy of the same is enclosed herewith along with the Auditor's Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the Financial Results. In terms of Regulation 33(3) (d) of the SEBI LODR, we hereby declare that the Statutory Auditors have not expressed any modified opinion(s) in their Audit Report on the Financial Results.
