The Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019. 2. Independent Auditors' Report on Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019. 3. Declaration for Un-Modified Opinion in respect of Audit Report on Audited Standalone Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2019. 4. The Board has noted the continous absence of Sri Vijay Kumar Periwal, Director of the Company from the Board Meeting of the Company from all the meetings of the Board of Directors held during a period of twelve months without seeking leave of absence of the Board.
