The Board considered and approved the audited standlone and consolidated financial results for the half year ended on 31st March, 2021. The Board also accepted resignation of Company secretary, Ms. Artee Sahu from the office of Company Secretary, Key Managerial Personnel and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 30th June 2021.
