Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform all the stakeholders that Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP (PWC), Statutory Auditors of the Company, have tendered their resignation as the Statutory Auditors of the Company with immediate effect which is being taken on record by the Board at their meeting held on August 14, 2020.
