This is further to our letter no. CS/NSE-BSE/2022-23/267 dated 23.01.2023. In this regard, it is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today has: 1. Approved the Un-audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2022. We are attaching herewith a copy of the approved results along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors. We are also arranging publication of results in newspapers, as per SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. 2.
