 This is with reference to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/84 dated May 20, 2020 issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) titled Advisory on disclosure of material impact of COVID-19 pandemic on listed entities under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Company has made necessary disclosures relating to impact of COVID-19 under Note 16 and Note 14 of the Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results, respectively, for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020 which are self explanatory, duly approved by the Board at its meeting held on May 15, 2020 and also disseminated at the website of the exchanges. The Company has also provided the update on the impact of COVID-19 in our Annual Report for the F.Y. 2019-20, which was approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on June 30, 2020.

 This is with reference to our outcome dated July 01, 2020, for the 25th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Shareholders of the Company that was held on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, through VC / OOAVM. In this regard, we hereby submit the following: a. Details of the voting results of the aforesaid AGM pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, on ordinary/ special resolutions specified in the AGM Notice dated May 15, 2020.
