Q3FY23 Quarterly Result Announced for IIFL Securities Ltd.
Capital markets company IIFL Securities announced Q3FY23 results: Total income stood at Rs 347 crore for the quarter (up 7% QoQ) and Rs 965.2 crore for the nine months (marginally up 1% YoY) Total comprehensive income stood at Rs 64.2 crore for the quarter (up 16% QoQ) and Rs 161.6 crore for the nine months (down 28% YoY) Assets under management and custody stood at Rs 1,24,107 crore (up 5% QoQ) R Venkataraman, Chairman & Managing Director, IIFL Securities, commented on the financial results, “Our company continued to perform well during the quarter, driven by the investment banking business. Deal pipeline is also robust. During the quarter, our board approved the transfer of the online retail trading business to 5paisa Capital Limited, subject to regulatory approvals.
