Century Enka Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 24, 2009, has considered issue of 18,00,000 Preferential Warrants to promoters of the Company fully convertible into equal number of equity shares at a price as determined in accordance with Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2009, subject to the consent of the shareholders by passing of Special Resolution by Postal Ballot.24-10-2009
