Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Update on Godrej Properties Limited Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2011 Please note that pursuant to the provisions of the Godrej Properties Limited Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2011 (the 'GPL ESGS'), the option grantee has exercised 320 stock grants equivalent to 320 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each of the Company (the 'Equity Shares') during the exercise period. Accordingly, the duly authorised Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on January 7, 2019 allotted 320 Equity Shares of Rs.5/- per Equity Share to the option grantees in terms of the GPL ESGS. Consequently, with effect from January 7, 2019, the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1,26,01,18,530 consisting of 25,20,23,706 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
