Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 We would like to inform you that Dyeing Operations of our company has been temporarily suspended from 22.09.2023 due to directions issued by the TNPCB for discharge of trade effluents . The necessary actions were taken by the management to follow the instructions issued by the regulatory. The company has already corrected the findings observed by the TNPCB.The steps have been taken for resumption of normal operations. We will intimate the same in due course of time.26-09-2023
