In furtherance to our letter dated February 25, 2022 regarding notice of Postal Ballot dated February 7, 2022 issued to Members of Indo Count Industries Limited seeking their approval by way of Postal Ballot through voting by electronic means for the resolutions included therein, we wish to inform you that the remote e-voting period for the Postal Ballot ended on Monday, March 28, 2022 at 5.00 P.M. and thereafter Mr. Vikas R.
