Gyscoal Alloys Ltd - 533275 - Intimation Of One Time Settlement With State Bank Of India Under Regulation 30 Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
With reference to above, we wish to inform that the Company entered into one time settlement (OTS) with the State Bank of India under its scheme of 'SCHEME FOR ONE TIME SETTLEMENT OF NPAs & AUCAs (SEBI OTS 2020)'. The main purpose of OTS was Resolution of NPA Debts. Under this Scheme Company has settled its total loan from SBI by paying amount of Rs. 21,35,06,507/-(Twenty one Crore Thirty Five Lakhs Six Thousand Five Hundred Seven Only) . The Company has received No due certificate vid letter SAMB/AHM/2021-22/CDP/319 from SBI on July 23, 2021 and same has been enclosed herewith. You are requested to take same on your record.26-07-2021
