In reference to our Announcement dated August 02, 2022 regarding issuance of Annual Report for the Financial Year 2021-22, we have noticed that wrong file has been uploaded to both the Stock Exchange which is different from final print copy sent to the shareholders. The change in the report given to the Stok Exchange lies in the page no. 138 (Notes 36 to the Financials- Disclosure of material transactions with Related Party), although there is no material impact on the financials in any manner and which do not have any material impact on the stakeholder's interest. You are requested to take note that company had sent final print copy to the shareholders which is actually printed. We come to know deviation in the file uploaded to stock exchange and we wish to provide original Annual Report as sent to shareholders.
