The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Friday, September 25, 2020, inter-alia: 1. Approved the raising of funds upto Rs. 250 Crores through issuance of Secured, Listed, Rated, Taxable and Redeemable Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis, in one or more tranches to such eligible investors permitted to invest in the NCDs under applicable laws as may be deemed appropriate and 2.
