 This is to inform that the Shareholders of the Company has approved the shifting of Registered Office of the Company w.e.f. 1st April 2020 vide postal ballot on 24th February 2020. Owing to the nationwide lockdown in view of the COVID-19 pandemic, the work relating to shifting of Registered office of the Company from the City of Mumbai to City of Thane could not be completed and hence there will be delay in shifting of the registered office of the Company.
