 The Company's website is managed by M/s Netmagic IT Services Pvt. Ltd. and their partner M/s Chic Infotech Pvt. Ltd. We have been informed by the vendors that there has been Ransomware attack on our website noticed on 14/09/2022, due to which the Company's Official website is down. We would like to state that as there is no direct link between the website and our core IT solutions, there is no impact on the operations/ performance of the Company due to the said attack. The same has been reported to CERT-In, RBI and NHB. The website vendors are presently working on the restoration of the website and the same will be completed shortly. This intimation is submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
