 Vide our above referred letter, we had informed to the Stock Exchanges that the Bank has decided to exercise the call option on 11.25 % Unsecured Non Convertible Basel III Compliant Additional Tier I Bond (ISIN: INE667A08070) issued by the Bank subject to approval of RBI. We wish to inform that the Reserve Bank of India has permitted the Bank to exercise the call option of the above said Bond vide letter dated 16th June 2021 and the Bank is in process of exercising the call option on the due date, i.e., 15th July 2021.
