Hikal Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2019, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2018-19 on Equity Share Capital @ 30% [Re. 0.60 per equity share (nominal value Rs. 2/- each)], aggregating to dividend of 60% (Rs.1.20 per equity share) {including Interim Dividend of Re. 0.60 per share (Sixty Paise Only) (30%) paid to the shareholders on February 22, 2019}, subject to the approval shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).Final Dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM to be held on August 01, 2019, will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of AGM date.09-05-2019
