 Dear Sir(s), We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday, 27th May, 2023, has inter alia, considered and approved the Allotment of 9,710 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each to 1 (One) eligible employee upon exercise of options vested under ESOP 2016 Scheme. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 53,63,90,344/- to Rs. 53,64,09,764/-. In terms of Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, the details of shares allotted are given in "Annexure - I".
