Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company is already closed from 1st July, 2023 and will re-open after 48 hours from the declaration of above said results.
