 In terms of the Companycode of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st April, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter and uear ended 31st march2024. Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the afsaid period of closure of trading window.
