Pursuant to Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons for trading in Company''s Shares/ Securities, the trading window shall remain closed w.e.f, 1st January 2023 for the purpose of consideration and approval of un-audited financial result for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2022.
