Blue Coast Hotels Ltd - 531495 - Closure of Trading Window

 Pursuant to Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons for trading in Company''s Shares/ Securities, the Trading Window shall remain closed w.e.f, 1st January, 2020 for the purpose of consideration and approval of Un-Audited Financial Results for the Nine month and quarter ended on 31st December, 2019. The Trading Window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said Un-audited financial results, when the information becomes generally available.
