 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that in the light of the order of the Central Government for nationwide lockdown for three weeks with effect from 12 a.m on March 25, 2020 and the directions/advisories issued by the other Government authorities, to control the outbreak of COVID-19, the Company has temporarily suspended its operations at its various offices and manufacturing plants. Most of the office based staff are working from home and are available over their mobile phones and e-mail. Our customers, channel partners and vendors are being kept informed. The Company has filed the e-form CAR ('Company Affirmation of Readiness towards COVID-19') with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
