 Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved appointment of Ms Anita Ramachandran (DIN: 00118188) as an Additional Director designated as an Independent Director of the Company for a first term of five consecutive years effective June 13, 2022, subject to the approval of Members of the Company. Ms Anita Ramachandran has confirmed that she meets the criteria of ''independence'' under Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 16 of Listing Regulations.
