We wish to inform you that the Company has duly complied and made all the necessary disclosures pursuant to the applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and has never withheld any material information/event that would have had any bearing on the price/volume behavior of the Company's scrip.
