IIFL Wealth Management Ltd - 542772 - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Updates on Acquisition

 This is further to our intimation dated July 25, 2022, in respect of the execution of share purchase and shareholders' agreement ('SPSHA') by IIFL Wealth Management Limited ('Company') with MAVM Angels Network Private Limited ('MANPL') and its shareholders dated July 25, 2022, to acquire 91% (ninety one percent) of the paid up equity share capital of MANPL on fully diluted basis. In this regard, we wish to inform you that today the Company has completed the acquisition of 91% (ninety one percent) of the paid up equity share capital of MANPL on fully diluted basis. Accordingly, MANPL has become a subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. November 15, 2022. The disclosure required in terms of SEBI Circular dated September 9, 2015, bearing reference no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015, in respect of the aforesaid acquisition is enclosed herewith as 'Annexure I'.
