 360 ONE WAM LTDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In continuation to our earlier intimation dated April 5, 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of 360 ONE WAM LIMITED ('Company' and formerly known as IIFL Wealth Management Limited) shall at its meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023, inter alia consider declaration of first interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2023-24, to the equity shareholders of the Company. Further, we wish to add that pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Friday, May 12, 2023, shall be fixed as the record date for ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders of the Company, to receive the aforesaid interim dividend, if declared, by the Board of Directors at its aforesaid meeting.
