Meters. situated at Phase 2, GIDC, Vapi, Gujarat - 396195 to Bayer Vapi Private Limited, together with all easements, rights, profits, privileges, advantages and rights appurtenant for a proposed consideration net of Indirect taxes on the mutually agreed terms and conditions as laid down in a draft Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) presented to the Board. The Board has decided to not pursue the MOU at this time and seek further clarifications and legal opinions on applicable indirect and direct taxation matters.
