Tulsyan NEC Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with BUDHRANI GROUP OF COMPANIES, MUMBAI - 400 021 to set up a Steel Making & Rolling Mill of 60,000 MT p.a. in Nigeria on joint venture basis to manufacture long products.
