No. 123689W), Surat, as Statutory auditors of the company for a second term of 5 (five) consecutive years from the conclusion of the 63rd Annual General Meeting of the company to be held in the year 2023 till the conclusion of 68th Annual General Meeting of the company to be held in the year 2028, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.
