We have taken all necessary safety measures for the workmen and employees working there. We are closely monitoring the situation and will take requisite steps in accordance with the directions issued by Central and State Government, from time to time. The Company has already put in place requisite safety measures for the workers and employees at the Plant as per the guidelines issued by the Government Authorities, to prevent spread of COVID 19. Pursuant to the Reg 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, we would like to inform you that the Co. & its Subsidiaries have taken a series of measures in view of the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure safety & health of all our employees, workers etc., & to ensure compliance with various directives being issued by the WHO, Central Govt., State Govt. & Local Authorities from time to time. As a responsible corporate entity, we also believe that health & safety of all our employees & their families are of utmost concern & priority for us.
