 Pursuant to Reg 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice being sent to the Members of the Company. In compliance with the circulars of the MCA, the said Postal Ballot Notice is being sent electronically only to those Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members/ list of beneficial owners as received from NSDL/CDSL and who have registered their e-mail addresses in respect of electronic holdings with NSDL/CDSL through the concerned DPs and in respect of physical holdings with the Company's RTA as on Friday, 11.03.2022 ('Cut-off date'). The Company has engaged the services of NSDL for the purpose of providing remote e-voting facility to its Members. The remote e-voting shall commence on Thursday, 17.03.2022 at 09.00 a.m. (IST) and end on Friday, 15.04.2022 at 05.00 p.m. (IST).
