PG ELECTROPLAST LTD. - 533581 - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Updates on Joint Venture

 We refer to our disclosure dated July 14, 2023 pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 regarding approval and signing of Joint Venture (JV) Agreement between PG Electroplast Limited and ''Jaina Group'' for manufacturing of LED Televisions. Further to the above disclosure, please note that PG Electroplast Limited on July 31, 2023 pursuant to JV Agreement have acquired 5,000 (Five Thousand) Equity shares at face value of Rs.10/- each of Goodworth Electronics Private Limited (Joint Venture Company). Consequently, PG Electroplast Limited and Jaina Marketing & Associates holds 50-50% stake in the Joint Venture Company. Except above acquisition of equity shares, all other particulars mentioned in our disclosure dated July 14, 2023 remains the same.
