Kaveri Seed Company announced Q3FY23 results: Standalone Q3FY23: Revenue from operations was at Rs 123.49 crore as compared to Rs 102.08 crore in Q3FY23; registered a growth of 20.97% EBITDA was at Rs 43.95 crore as compared to Rs 16.32 crore in Q3FY23; increased by 160.31% Net profit was at Rs 37.54 crore as compared to Rs 9.08 crore in Q3FY23; registered a growth of 313.24% Commenting on the results, Mr. G V Bhaskar Rao, Chairman & Managing Director said, “We are delighted to declare good results for both Q3 and 9MFY23. We have witnessed higher area coverage during the quarter in two of the large segments rice and wheat which had resulted in good revenue growth. Besides there has been good revenue growth registered in cotton, hybrid rice, maize and vegetable seed segments. One another major achievement during the quarter and nine months' results is we were able to convert volume growth into revenue growth across the segments. As a part of rewarding our shareholders, during the quarter the company had successfully completed the buyback of 23,99,831 shares of Rs 2 each for an aggregate amount of Rs 125.37 crore.” Result PDF25-01-2023
