This is in continuation to our letter No. JAL:SEC:2020 dated 31st October, 2020 informing about the decision of the Board to appoint Shri R.K. Singh, aged 75 years as Non-Executive Director on receipt of approval of Shareholders by way of Special Resolution. The Shareholders have, pursuant to provision of Section 149, 152 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules made thereunder and Regulation 17(1A) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, have approved the Special Resolution with requisite and overwhelming majority.
