 In the Board Meeting held today i.e. 29th May, 2022, the Board has approved in terms of Regulation 33 (3)(d) of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31stMarch, 2022. A copy of the same is enclosed alongwith Reports of Statutory Auditors M/s. Dass Gupta & Associates, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi. Further, we would like to state that Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued Audit Reports with modified opinion on both Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results. Accordingly, in terms of Regulation 33/52 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, a Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications is also enclosed.

 Further to our letter dated 21st May, 2022, and in compliance with the provisions of Regulations 31A of SEBI Regulations, we wish to inform that Company has received 6 more requests from individuals/entities seeking reclassification from the category of 'promoter/promoter group' to 'public' as per details given in the attached Annexure A. The aggregate shareholding of the Promoters/Promoter Group seeking reclassification as informed in our letter dated 21st May, 2022 and today does not exceeds 1% of total shareholding of the Company. The Company is taking necessary steps as required in the matter in terms of Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
