Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has pursuant to recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, appointed Mrs. Surabhi Verma as an Additional Director in Independent capacity (Independent Director) of the Company for a period of five (5) years with effect from September 3, 2022 to September 2, 2027, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure-l.03-09-2022
