This is to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company in its meeting held today, has approved the following: 1. Allotment of 10,750 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each to the eligible employee of the Company under the FLFL Employee Stock Option Plan 2015 (FLFL ESOP-2015). Post such allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.40,30,90,248/- divided into 20,15,45,124 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each to Rs. 40,31,11,748/- divided into 20,15,55,874 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each. The details as required to be furnished under the SEBI (Shared Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 are enclosed herewith. 2.
