Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, we enclose the statement of the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021 along with the audit report provided by the statutory auditors M/s Laxminiwas & Co, Chartered Accountants. Further we declare that the statutory auditors of the Company M/s Laxminiwas & Co, Chartered Accountants have issued an unmodified opinion on the audited accounts (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021.
