 Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct on Prohibition of Insider Trading Policy, the 'Trading Window' for trading / dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from 31st December 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ending on 31st December 2021 for the Directors, Designated Employees, Key Managerial Personnel and other Connected Persons as covered under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
