 Please note that due to COVID19 pandemic and consequent lockdown restrictions imposed by the Central Government w.e.f.25th March, 2020 our registered office at Mumbai, Maharashtra , 400059 and plant at - Mathura - 281 001,Uttar Pradesh were remained completely closed and adopted the work from home policy.This is to further inform you that after obtaining proper approval from competent authorities the operation at our plant at Mathura ,Uttar Pradesh have been resumed partly w.e.f. 11th May 2020. We have already explained detailed impact on financials in Audited financial result for quarter and year ending 31st March,2020 disclosed on 18th June 2020 .Further, as a Good Corporate Governance Company will disclosure any other impact(if any) due to COVID19 pandemic in Annual Report for financial year 2020-21.All precautionary measures as per guidelines issued time to time by the Government of India and State Government as well as localities are being followed strictly.
