Allotment of Equity Shares upon conversion of Warrants
Global Offshore Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Shares / Warrants Allotment Committee of the Company on April 26, 2012 allotted 1,60,700 Equity Shares on a preferential allotment basis upon conversion of warrants at a price of Rs.121/- per share (including premium of Rs.111/- per share) to Promoters / Promoter Company / Key Management Personnel.Consequent to the above allotment of shares, the Issued and Paid-up share capital of the Company now stands at Rs. 24,64,77,930/-.26-04-2012
Letter of Award of Contract
Global Offshore Services Ltd has informed BSE that one of the vessels operated by the Company's Wholly Owned Subsidiary has been issued a letter of award of Contract for a period of 4 years with an option for further extension of 4 years in Brazil. The Contract is scheduled to commence in the last quarter of CY 2012.The value of the contract will be approx. Rs. 37.50 crores per annum.29-02-2012
