 This is to inform that National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. vide their letter No.NSE/LIST/0197 dated March 01, 2021 (copy enclosed) has informed that the trading in equity shares of the Company will be suspended w.e.f. March 15, 2021 (i.e. w.e.f. closing hours of trading on March 12, 2021). Further the admission to dealings in the Company's equity shares shall be withdrawn (delisted) w.e.f. March 22, 2021.
