 In terms of regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby intimate that pursuant to an agreement with the prospective Buyer as named below and a resolution passed by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 10th November, 2021, the Company has sold its vessel M.V.Lachung, to Huashun Shipping (Liberia) Inc on 22nd November, 2022 for a price of USD 4,471,300.00 The said Buyer is in no way related to the Company or its Promoters / Promoter Group/ Group Companies and therefore, the transaction does not fall under the purview of a related party transaction. The said Vessel contributed to 4.85 % of the Company's turnover for the year ended 31st March, 2022.

 Further to the Corporate Announcement dated 2/11/2022 in respect of sale of vessel, M.V.Meghna, please note the following : i) The said Vessel, M.V.Meghna, which contributed to 12.02% of the Company's turnover for the year ended 31/03/2022 has been sold to Coastal Marine Construction & Engineering Ltd., Mumbai on 1/11/2022 as a result of an Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) executed in November 2021 at a price of Rs.14.43 crores. ii) The said Buyer is in no way related to the Company or its Promoters / Promoter Group/ Group Companies and therefore, the transaction does not fall under the purview of a related party transaction.
