With reference to your email dated 6th January, 2021 seeking clarification regarding increase in price of security on the Company at BSE in recent past. In view of that, we would like to clarify that we have made all the disclosure of the events, information etc. that have bearing on the operation/performance of the Company which includes price sensitive information, from time to time. Further, we wish to clarify hat presently the Company is not having any such information, which requires disclosure as aforesaid.
