The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2022 has approved the 'Postal Ballot Notice' seeking the approval of members of the Company on the Resolutions as set out in the attached Notice.Pursuant to Reg. 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015, enclosed herewith the Postal Ballot Notice sent to the members of the Company whose names appear on the Company's Register of Members and the list of beneficial owners received from NSDL/CDSL as on the 'Cutoff' date i.e. May 20, 2022.Pursuant to the Circulars issued by the MCA and SEBI, the Company has sent the Postal Ballot Notice in electronic form only. No hard copy of this Notice along with postal ballot forms and pre-paid business envelope will be sent to the members.
