 Pursuant to Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company had sent the Annual Report along with the Notice of AGM for the Financial Year 2021-2022 to the members of the Company via e-mail and uploaded the same with the Stock Exchanges on 01st September, 2022. However, later on it is noticed that there are some printing /editing errors in the Annual Report. Now, the errors have been duly rectified and we are attaching herewith the revised Annual Report for the financial Year 2021-2022 of the Company. We regret the inconvenience caused. ASHOKA BUILDCON LTD. - 533271 - Expiry Of Concession Period - Handing Over Of The Toll Project At Katni

 Ashoka Buildcon Ltd hereby informs that its subsidiary viz. Ashoka-DSC Katni Bypass Road Ltd is implementing the Project viz. 'To carry on the business of building, erection, construction, developing, maintaining & operation of the Infrastructure project of Roads Bridges of Katni Bypass on N.H. 7 from km. 361/2 to 378/6 around Katni town in the State of MP on BOT basis or any other basis as per various rules & regulations on behalf of MORT&H and State PWD, MP. The SPV has handed over the Project back to the Authority on Aug. 18, 2022 at 00.00 hours at midnight, after the expiry of the Concession Period successfully as per the terms of the Concession Agmt and as per the claims awarded by Arbitral Tribunal & interim Orders of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. The toll income of the same is not recognized as Revenue since the matter is sub-judice from Sep. 17, 2014. SPV will continue to pursue its pending claims of the Project with the Authority through conciliation mode for settlement.

 Roads & Highways firm Ashoka Buildcon announced Q1FY23 Result : Highest ever Order Backlog of Rs. 15,355 Crores Total Income of Rs. 1,510.3 Crores in Q1 FY23 against Rs. 1,058.6 Crores in Q1 FY22 EBITDA of Rs. 175.8 Crores with an EBITDA margin of 11.6% in Q1 FY23 Consolidated Debt is Rs. 7,127 Crores. The Debt on a Standalone basis is Rs. 862 Crores; which comprises Rs. 187.6 Crores of Equipment Loans & Rs. 674.4 Crores of Working Capital Loan.
