 With reference to the above mentioned communication, wherein we had inter alia informed about the date of 43rd AGM to be held on September 26, 2019 and the book closure period for the same. We hereby inform that the 43rd Annual General Meeting of the Company has been re-scheduled to Tuesday, September 24, 2019 owing to reasons and circumstances which are beyond the control of the Company. Further, the period of book closure also stands re-scheduled and the Register of members and Share transfer books will now remain closed from September 17, 2019 to September 24, 2019 (both days inclusive) in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and also for the purpose of Dividend, as recommended by the Board, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
